Authorised Trend Micro Partner
Deep Security is the product most Indian IT teams still name when they mean Trend Micro server protection — anti-malware, IPS with virtual patching, integrity monitoring and log inspection for physical, virtual and cloud servers. Trend has folded it into the Vision One platform as Server & Workload Protection (SWP), and the older Cloud One Workload Security has reached end of life. The capability is the same; the licence and the console are not. As authorised Trend Micro partner, National IT Service supplies SWP in INR with a GST invoice, plus deployment and policy build.

Two things drive an Indian Deep Security quote more than anything else: how many workloads you protect, and how many modules you switch on per workload. A server running anti-malware only is materially cheaper than one running anti-malware plus IPS plus integrity monitoring plus log inspection. The second lever is term — Trend prices 1, 2 and 3-year commitments differently, and Indian buyers on 3-year terms consistently see the best per-workload rate. Virtual patching is usually the reason the product gets approved: it shields unpatched CVEs at the network layer, which buys an Indian ops team weeks of breathing room on legacy Windows Server and RHEL boxes that cannot be patched on a vendor timetable. For CERT-In directions, the log inspection and integrity monitoring modules produce the evidence auditors ask for. Trend Micro does not publish a list price for this product in India, and we will not invent one. Every Indian quote is built by the partner from your seat or workload count, the term (1, 2 or 3 years), and which capabilities you switch on. Through National IT Service you get that quote in INR with a GST invoice, plus deployment and console configuration.
WhatsApp +91 98119 98370 with your workload count, split by cloud instance size and on-premise servers, and the modules you need. We build the licence, deploy the agents, write the policy baseline, and hand over a tuned console. Typical go-live: 2-4 weeks for 100-300 workloads.
The name is being retired, not the capability. Trend has consolidated server protection into Vision One as Server & Workload Protection, and Cloud One Workload Security — the SaaS version many Indian teams moved to — has reached end of life with a migration path into Vision One. On-premise Deep Security Manager deployments are still supported, but new purchases and renewals are steered to the Vision One licence. If you are renewing this year, plan the platform move as part of the renewal rather than after it.
Trend publishes no rupee list price, so any specific figure you see online is a reseller quote rather than a Trend rate. The one published Trend number is the AWS Marketplace pay-as-you-go rate: $0.047 per hour for a non-cloud or 4 vCPU instance, which is about $411.72 per server per year, and $0.011 per hour (about $96.36 a year) for a 1 vCPU instance. Those are PAYG rates and an annual commitment through a partner comes in below them. Send us your workload count and we will quote in INR.
Anti-malware alone is enough for a low-risk internal file server. The IPS module earns its cost where you have internet-facing services, legacy operating systems you cannot patch quickly, or a compliance scope that expects vulnerability mitigation. Virtual patching lets you leave a vulnerable server running safely while you schedule the real patch — for most Indian mid-market fleets with mixed Windows Server 2016/2019 and older RHEL, that is the whole reason the product gets bought.
Container protection is a separate line. On the published AWS Marketplace PAYG list, container security is $0.168 per ECS instance or Kubernetes node per hour, and $0.017 per hour for a serverless container pod or task. If your estate is mostly containerised, price the container line separately from the VM line — they are billed on different units and a node-heavy cluster can cost more than the VMs it replaced.
Yes. Deep Security Manager can run in your own data centre, which is still the pattern for Indian BFSI and government workloads with residency conditions. The trade-off is that you maintain the manager, the database and the upgrade cycle yourself, and you do not get the Vision One cross-layer correlation unless you connect the deployment to the platform. We size both options during scoping.
