For storage alone, WorkDrive Team at ₹250 per user per month is well under Google Workspace Business Standard at ₹1,080. But Workspace includes Gmail on your domain, Meet and the full office suite. Folder structure and files migrate cleanly. Sharing permissions need mapping rather than copying, because the two products model permissions differently — Drive uses per-file sharing plus Shared Drives, WorkDrive uses team folders with roles.
