Authorised Zoho Partner
Zoho Directory is Zoho's identity platform — single sign-on across your apps, multi-factor authentication, device management and user lifecycle. For Indian businesses it usually shows up in one of two conversations: replacing an ageing on-premise Active Directory that nobody wants to maintain, or getting SSO across a stack of SaaS apps without paying enterprise identity prices. It is priced per user per month, billed in INR with a GST invoice through an India partner.

The comparison that matters for most Indian SMBs is not against other cloud directories but against keeping a Windows Server running Active Directory in a cupboard. That server carries a licence, a hardware refresh, a UPS, patching and somebody who knows how it works. Zoho Directory removes the box but keeps AD sync, so you can run both while migrating. If you are already on Zoho One, check what identity capability is bundled before buying Directory separately — there is overlap, and the right answer depends on which Zoho plan you hold.
WhatsApp +91 98119 98370 or email info@itforsme.in. As an authorised Zoho partner we supply Zoho Directory licences in INR with a GST invoice, configure SSO across your existing apps, set up MFA enrolment, and handle AD sync if you are migrating from on-premise.
It is priced per user per month with annual billing, in the region of ₹50 for Standard and ₹100 for Professional, and free for up to 25 users on a limited tier. Indicative INR pricing moves with Zoho's India price list, so ask for a current quote against your user count — volume matters above 100 seats.
For many Indian SMBs, yes — particularly if your applications are SaaS and your devices are mixed Windows and Mac. Where it is harder is if you depend on on-premise Group Policy, file-server permissions or legacy line-of-business apps bound to AD. The usual path is to sync rather than cut over, run both, and retire the server once nothing depends on it.
Zoho One includes identity capability, and for many customers that is enough. Directory as a standalone product goes further on device management, conditional access and third-party app SSO. If you hold Zoho One already, the honest answer is usually to test what you have before buying Directory on top.
Yes. Once an application is connected over SAML or OAuth, Zoho Directory enforces your MFA and access policies on it regardless of vendor. That is the main reason businesses buy it — one MFA policy across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM and your internal tools rather than configuring each separately.
Both are cloud directories aimed at businesses without heavy on-premise dependencies. JumpCloud goes deeper on cross-platform device management and Linux support; Zoho Directory is materially cheaper and is the obvious choice if you already run Zoho apps. We resell both and will tell you which fits your estate.
