The figures above are Zoom's India list rates for an annual commitment, excluding 18% GST, which registered businesses normally reclaim as input tax credit. Zoom charges the full year upfront and shows the monthly number only for comparison. Month-to-month billing is available at a premium — ₹11,610/month for 500 attendees, ₹30,000 for 1,000, ₹87,500 for 3,000, ₹2,20,000 for 5,000 and ₹4,50,000 for 10,000 — so committing annually saves roughly 17% on the larger tiers and 35% at 500. Every Webinars licence also needs a Zoom Workplace Pro host licence underneath it (₹13,760/host/year), which is not included above. Against GoToWebinar (~₹4,500/month for 250 attendees) Zoom is not the cheapest entry point; it wins on attendee familiarity — most Indian attendees already know how to join a Zoom link — and on capacity headroom up to 100,000. Through National IT Service you get INR billing, GST invoice, registration page customisation (your branding, custom fields, Indian state/city dropdowns), Marketo/HubSpot/Zoho integration for lead capture, multi-host setup for series, and post-event reporting + CRM sync.

Yes. Cloud recording on all plans. Post-event, the recording can be embedded on your website, hosted on YouTube, or re-played as on-demand webinars.
Large Meeting (up to 1,000 participants) is interactive — everyone can speak and have video. Zoom Webinar is broadcast — only panelists (hosts/speakers) can speak/video by default; attendees see/hear panelists and interact via Q&A/poll/chat. For one-to-many events, Webinar is the right product. For collaborative all-hands, Large Meeting works.
